The Diploma in High School (HSD) program is a Secondary School level credential offered by the Singapore-based Institute of Arts and Sciences to international students and adult learners (excluding Singaporeans and SPRs).

In accordance with the STEAM Educational concept (which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Humanities, and Mathematics), it integrates the content and skills in the following areas of studies:

*The High School Diploma (E-Learning) program better prepares overseas students for entry into college programs.
Target Audience
This is a program designed for overseas students who intend to pursue a post‐secondary education, or fulfill the college‐level admission criteria. It is also intended for those who wish to further their studies beyond secondary education.
Program graduates will achieve functional literacy for critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving with an interdisciplinary approach for advancement to international tertiary education.
Delivery and Assessement Formats
Participants in this program engage in online learning through our in-house e-learning portal system, with comprehensive assessments for each module. For advanced topics, concepts and applications, online discussions will be scheduled and conducted through streaming technology.
Participants will go through 3 phases of learning which comprises knowledge acquisition, assessments and final examinations.
Participants with prior knowledge of specific modules may be exempted from the first phase of study if they successfully pass the initial assessment and proceed to the second phase, thus effectively shortening their learning cycle.
Certificate Award
Participants will be conferred the High School Diploma (E-Learning) after they have successfully met the above graduation requirements and attained approval from the Academic and Examination Board of Institute of Arts and Sciences, within 3 months from their final examination results date.

Graduation Requirements
To obtain the Diploma, students must achieve a minimum G.P.A of 2.00 and pass all examinations and/or assessments prescribed.
