The Certificate in English for Academic Purposes Level III (E-Learning) program is a High School Diploma level English credential offered by the Singapore-based Institute of Arts and Sciences to international students and adult learners (excluding Singaporeans and SPRs).

The program covers a full range of English literacy skills in reading, writing, listening and oral conversation; and comprises 3 levels of study with a total duration of 9 months. Participants will go through 3 phases of learning which comprises knowledge acquisition, assessments and final examination at each level.
A participant who successfully completes the program and meets the graduation requirements will be awarded the Certificate in English for Academic Purposes Level III (E-Learning), which prepares them for direct application to tertiary English Language or international academic programs.

Delivery and Assessment Formats
Participants in this program engage in online learning through our in-house e-learning portal system, with comprehensive assessments for each module. For advanced topics, concepts and applications, online discussions will be scheduled and conducted through streaming technology. Activities will build on the participants' prior knowledge and skills to strengthen their reading, writing, listening and oratory skills.
Certificate Award
Students will be conferred the Certificate in English for Academic Purposes Level III (E-Learning) when they have successfully met the above graduation requirements and attained approval from the Academic and Examination Board of Institute of Arts and Sciences. Students who fulfill their graduation requirements will receive their certification within 3 months from their final examination results date.

Graduation Requirements
To obtain the Certificate students must achieve a minimum G.P.A of 2.00 and pass all examinations and/or assessments prescribed.
